Close by are Dalmore Distillery Dingwall Black Isle Cromarty Firth boat trips which are great for dolphin and seal spotting. Salmon and trout fishing shooting golf and outdoor sports available locally. Dornoch s beautiful beaches Urquhart Castle Dunrobin Castle and Loch Ness are all within easy reach. Leisure facilities: spa treatments Yoga and Pilates all available with prior booking. The accommodation is arranged over three floors and offers SEVEN large bedrooms with radio iPod docks and all with stunning views: on the garden floor 1 super-king zip-and-link and en-suite with bath shower and WC 1 king-size with en-suite double spa bath shower and WC 1 super-king zip-and-link with en-suite shower room and WC. Separate WC s located on garden floor and main floor. Lounge/dining room: on the main floor with beautiful wood panelling a grand dining table 2 open fireplaces (logs included) and ample seating. Further sitting room with open fire (logs included) and beautiful views overlooking the front garden. Tower room: on the fourth floor accessed by an iron spiral stair case is a study with an array of books a computer and printer for guests to use and large balcony with stunning sea and country views. TV/Games room: large room on the garden floor with beautiful garden views flatscreen TV/DVD/CD BT-vision hi-fi board games and children s games. Kitchen: well-equipped with AGA 2 dishwashers fridge/freezer electric range cooker with gas hobs microwave table and chairs and window seating area enjoying garden and woodland views. Utility room: on garden floor with washing machine and additional fridge and freezer. Outside: mature garden and woodland garden furniture gas BBQ fishing rod store stocked log store.
